Elderberry Wine

Try adding 8 ounces dried banana.

Ingredients: (for 1 gallon)

• 6 ounces, dried eldberberries
• 1 pound, raisins
• 1 gallon, water
• 2 pounds, white granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon, yeast nutrient
• 3 level teaspoons, acid blend
• 1 campden tablet
• wine yeast
