i wouldn't normally have let this beer sit around this long buti just kept finding my primary fermenter full of another kind of beer not the worst situation in the world but istarted to worry and we all know what that can do to homebrew. any way it turned out fine drop me a line if you brew it.

Time in Boil: 1 hour
Primary Fermentation: 1 week plastic
Secondary Fermentation: 1 month glass
Additional Fermentation: 3 weeks bottles
Ingredients:
- 6.6 lbs muntons wheat/barley exetract
- 2 lbs light clover honey
- 1 lbs malted wheat
- 1 lbs victory malt
- 1 oz mt hood hops 4.6% aa
- 1/2 oz willamette hops 4.8% aa
- white labs american hefe-wiezen ale yeast
Procedure:
placed cracked grains in a grain bag steep 20 minutes then bring to a boil.add malt extracts and 1/2 oz of both mt. hood and willamette hops to the boil.after 30 minutes add the honey to the wort.add the last 1/2 oz of mt. hood with 10 minutes remaining of the boil.
