a smooth drinking hoppy english style amber ale. i was trying for something kinda like whitbread pale ale. this is pretty far from it but i almost like it better because i made it myself. please let me know if you make it peace.

Primary Fermentation: 2 weeks plastic
Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks glass
Additional Fermentation: 3 weeks bottle
Ingredients:
- 6.6 lbs amber malt extract
- 2 cups light brown suger
- 1 lbs 8o love crystal malt
- 1 oz challenger hops 5.7% aa
- 1 oz styrian golding hops 4.0% aa
- 1 tsp irish moss
- 1 1/2 tsp gypsum
- 1/2 tsp epsom salt
- 1/4 tsp non-iodized salt
- 1 pint slurry wyeast 1028 london ale yeast
Procedure:
steep grains 20 minutes then bring to a boil and remove. add malt extracts, water treatment, brown suger and1/2 an ounce each af hops to the boil.add the last 1/2 onunce of challenger and 1 tsp irish moss with 15 minutes remaining in the boil.steep the last 1/2 ounce of goldings without heat for 20 minutes.cool and pitch your yeast.
