Great, low grav brown ale. Very low hop aroma and bitterness, but good mouthfeel. Drinkable after a week. Very good after two.

Finishing Gravity: 1.013
Time in Boil: 60 min

Procedure:

Steep specialty grains at 150F for about 30 min. (I used 3 qts water) Add to boil pot and top off to 3 gallons. Bring to boil, add LME and honey. Boil for 60 minutes, adding hops at appropriate time. Strain wort into ferment bucket, top off with water to make +/- 5 gal. Pitch yeast when cool. Keep in primary until ferment stops (about 7 days). Prime with 3/4 cup corn sugar and bottle.
