This brew is still conditioning in the bottles so I haven't tried it yet. Although it tasted great at the bottling stage. Nice dark and hoppy.

Batch Size: 3 gallons imp
Starting Gravity: 1.059
Finishing Gravity: 1.010
Time in Boil: 90 mins
Primary Fermentation: 2 days
Secondary Fermentation: 4 days
Additional Fermentation: 10 days
- pale malt 2.3kg
- crystal malt 150g
- amber malt 150g
- chocolate malt 60g
- black malt 60g
- flaked wheat 210g
- roasted barley 60g
- Fuggles Hops 55g for 90 minutes (EBU 45)
- Progress Hops 15g last 15 minutes
- Wyeast London 1028
Mash at 66 degress C for 90 minutes
Boil for 90 minutes, add Fuggles at start of boil.
Add Progress for the last 15 minutes.
Ferment for 2 days before dropping, then ferment for another 4 days. Rack into polycube and leave for another 10 days before bottling.
