Ingredients:
- 8.25# Pauls Pale Ale Malt
- 1# Crystal @20*L
- .25# Chocolate
- .5# Munich
- .5# Aromatic
- .15# Black Patent
- .5 oz Yakima Magnum @60min
- .5 oz Hallertau @45min
- .5 oz Hallertau @30min
- .5oz Tettnanger @15min
- .5oz Tettnanger @5min
- 1.5 tspn Irish Moss @15
- White Labs California V Ale Yeast

Procedure:
Step infusion Mash w/rest @122* for 30min. Mash at 155* for 60min or until complete conversion. Removed 1qt strained mash before conversion and pressure cooked it for 45min. This darkened grain. I added it back and sparged as usual. Not sure what, if any effeact that this has on finished brew, but it sounded like a good idea at the time. Beer came out excellent with lots of malt flavor.
