Ingredients:
- 7 lbs Great Western 2-Row Pale Malt
- 1 lb 60-deg-L Crystal Malt

- 1/2 oz Hallertaur (Alpha 3.5%) Boiling
- 1/2 oz Hallertaur - Finish

- Coopers ale yeast
Procedure:
Single infusion mash. 2.5 Gallons strike water at 175-deg-F. Adjust mash to 155-deg-F. Mash for 90 minutes. Sparge with 6 Gallons at 168-deg-F. Boil for 80 minutes. Cooled with imersion chiller. Rested in cooling bucket for one hour. Siphoned off of protein trub into fermenter. Pitched yeast.
