Primary Fermentation: glass at 50 f
Secondary Fermentation: glass at 50f
Additional Fermentation: lager in bottle at 45 f
Ingredients:
- 7# 2row lager malt
- .5# wheat malt
- 1# corn starch
- 1oz perle(6.6)1hour
- 1oz hallertauer tradition (6.4)10 mn
- .5oz hallertauer tradition(6.4) 2mn
- Y-yeast#2007 pilsen
Procedure:
Mash in at 130 rest 30 mn. Boost to 150 rest 2hours. Boost to 165 for mash out
