Blind taste test says very similar to Grolsch


Recipe type: Partial Mash
Batch Size: 50.0 L
Starting Gravity:
Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 40 min.
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days (lagering)



bring water to simmer and hang grain in bag for 5-10 min. add malt & glucose stir to dissolve add boil hop and bring to boil boil for 30 min. turn off heat add finish hop wait 5 min. and cool wort transfer to primary ferment for 7 days @ 20 C lager for 8 days @ 3 C filter or rack to keg and CO2
