Starting Gravity: 1.070
Finishing Gravity: 1.016 (?)
Time in Boil: 75 min.
Primary Fermentation: 1 week
Secondary Fermentation: 2 week (dry-hopping)



Mash grains in 3.5 gal. water @ 152 F for 75-90 minutes. Sparge with at least 4.5 gal. water @ 168F; make sure your pre-boil volume is at least 6.5 gallons. I boiled for 75 minutes, 15 for hot-break formation and removal, and 60 for bittering purposes. Chilled to pitching temp., (about 70F, and pitched onto yeast). Ferment 1 week at room temp, then rack into 2 and dry-hop for 2 more weeks. Bottle or keg, and allow to age about 3-4 weeks for sampling. Enjoy!!
