This is about as close to Upland Brewing Dragonfly IPA as you can get without going to Bloomington.


Recipe type: All Grain
Batch Size: 5.5 gal
Starting Gravity: 1.062
Finishing Gravity: 1.012
Time in Boil: 90 min
Primary Fermentation: 1 week glass @ 66F
Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks glass @ 66F



Mash 4lbs/gallon at 152F for 1 hour. Test for starch conversion. Collect 6.5 gallons wort Boil 90 min Chill wort and pitch Wyeast 1335 British Ale II Dry hop in secondary 1-2 weeks.
