Ingredients:
- 6 pounds of Gold malt extract, 1/2 lb. Carapils, 1oz. Cascade bittering hops, 1oz. Cascade aroma hops...www.midwestsupplies.com for recipe kit...yeast is American Ale from Wyeast and 24 oz of honey.
Procedure:
6 gal water, steep grains at 160, boil bittering hops for 45 min, add malt extract and aroma hops(read instructions at the midwest web site) chill and pitch yeast.
