Really great tasting porter would recommend this to any Porter fan

Recipe type: Extract
Batch Size: 5
Starting Gravity: 1.06
Finishing Gravity: 1.012
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 5 days
Secondary Fermentation: 21 days
Ingredients:
- 1 lb crystal 60l

- 1/4 lb black patent
-
- 1/4 lb dark roasted barley
-
- 5 lbs dark malt extract syrup

- 1 cup black strap molasses
-
- 1 cup brown sugar
-
- 2 oz licorice root chips
-
- 1 oz magnum pellet hops (60 min)

- 1/4 oz willamette leaf hops (5 min)

- 1 package nottingham ale yeast

Procedure:
Steep grains at 150 - 160 for 30 min in 1 gal of water
Strain out grains and bring to a boil
Add rest of stuff except yeast and finishing hops
Last 5 min add finishing hops
Pitch yeast at around 70 - 80
