Delicious Bitter, much like Bass Ale. Really nice to drink!

Batch Size: 23 liters
Starting Gravity: 1.059
Finishing Gravity: 1.010
Time in Boil: 90 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 34 days
- 9 lbs. Gambrinus E.S.B. 2 Row
- 1/2 lbs. Crystal 120 L
- 1.0 lbs. Corn Sugar
- 2 oz. Fuggles Leaf
- 2.25 oz. East Kent Goldings plugs
- Wyeast #1335 British Ale yeast II
Mash: 50 minutes @ 50 C - Protien Rest
2 hours @ 65 C
Sparge Water 15-16 litres @ 95 C
Boil: Add 1 lbs. corn sugar and 42 grms Fuggle leaf + 28 grms
E.K. Goldings plug, boil for 60 minutes.
Add 14 grms Fuggles leaf and 14 grms. E.K. Goldings plug,
boil for 28 minutes.
Add 14 grms. E.K. Goldings plug. Steep for 2 minutes then cool.
14 grms. E.K. Goldings is dry hopped 10 days before racking to
Bottle or Keg, it's delicious either way.
