Finishing Gravity: 1.002
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 5 days at 70'
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days at 70'
Additional Fermentation: Kegged, filtered and forced



Dough in at 95' 15 min Raise to 122' for 30 min Raise to 150' 30 min Mashout 168' 1 hr Cool and pitch 1.0 liter Wyeast 1056 starter
