Changed sparge technique which resulted in gravity about 15 points. Oh well. Next time we dry hop.

Batch Size: 10 gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.073
Finishing Gravity: 1.017
Time in Boil: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 16 days



Infuse 4.7 gal @ 137F for 30 min rest @ 122F Infuse 1.5 gal @ 212F for 30 min rest @ 140F Infuse 1.8 gal @ 212F for 30 min rest @ 154F Pulled a decoction for mashout to 170. Boil, fermented with 1 gallon starger of 1056.
