Gino's Apple Death
Source: Brew King

This is an incredibly easy recipe, which can be added to in any number of ways. Try adding vanilla beans(2)to the boil, or pasturized fruit to the primary. Citrus is nice. Most of all, it provides a high-alcohol beverage that your wives, moms, and female friends can enjoy if they find your homebrew repulsive.

- 5 gallons apple cider
- 5 pounds honey
- 1 pound corn sugar
- 1/2 pound brown sugar
- 2 cups blackstrap molassas
- champagne yeast (y-yeast, preferred)
- water to bring to 5 gallon mark
Bring cider to a boil. Add honey, sugars, and molassas. Boiling will kill all wild yeasts present in the honey and cider. Best if you boil off about 1 gallon of cider, and top off in primary fermenter with boiled water to five gallon mark.
