Great Hefe-Wizen. It is more a German style as oppoused to the american hefes. let me know what you think.

Primary Fermentation: 4 days
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days
Ingredients:
- 5gal water
- 3lbs M&F Plain Ex-light
- 3lbs M&F Wheat
- 1oz Hallertau 3.9%
- 1oz Tettnager 4.7%
- Irish Moss
- White Labs Liquid Hefe yeast
Procedure:
Boil the water, add the ex-light extract and the Wheat extract. Add the hellertau hops boil for 30min, add tettenager hops boil 30 min, add irish moss for last 15min. Rack and pitch yeast.
