This turned out to be the favorite of my freinds who buy their beer in stores

Batch Size: 10 gal
Starting Gravity: 1.048
Finishing Gravity: 1.002
Time in Boil: 1 hr 30 min
Primary Fermentation: 2 weeks
Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks

Mash temp 158 degrees for 1 hr 35 min Sparge water temp. 170 degrees, sparge time 1 hr 10 min go slow when sparging to achive best yeild add N.B. HOPS after 1 st break add Cascade Hops last 15-20 min
