Mash schedule heat water to 165° F stabilize temperature @ 154° F mash for 7 ½ hrs. Hops Schedule 45 min before end of boil add 1 oz of Perle hops / 10.% alpha acid 15 min before end of boil add 2 ox of Saaz hops / 4.1% alpha acid 2 min before end of boil add 3 oz of Saaz hops 4.1% alpha acid
