- I started with 29¼ pounds of two row barley consisting of the following.
- 18 lbs. two row barley
- 5 lbs. Munich two row barley
- 4 lbs. Vienna two row barley
- 2 lbs. Crystal 60L° (Lovibond)
- ¼ lb. Chocolate Malt.
- 1 oz of Perle
- 5 oz of Saaz
heat water to 165° F
stabilize temperature @ 154° F
mash for 7 ½ hrs.
45 min before end of boil add 1 oz of Perle hops / 10.% alpha acid
15 min before end of boil add 2 ox of Saaz hops / 4.1% alpha acid
2 min before end of boil add 3 oz of Saaz hops 4.1% alpha acid
