My Favorite Double Bock Clone

This recipe is my attempt to rproduce one of my favorite beers... Sam Adams Double Bock...Pretty close, but no clone. I just can't get the hops right, any suggestions!

Recipe type: All Grain
Batch Size: 5 Gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.074
Finishing Gravity: 1.024
Time in Boil: 70 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 8 days @ 48F in plastic
Secondary Fermentation: 21 days @ 34F in ss soda keg
Ingredients:
- 12 lbs. 2 row Klages
- 3.5 lbs. Munich light malt
- 1 lb. crystal 20L
- 1 lb. crystal 60L
- 0.2 oz. Perle hop pellets (6.5%AA) 70 min
- 0.4 oz. Perle 60 min.
- 0.4 oz. Perle 45 min.
- 0.5 oz. Saaz pellets when I turned off the heat.
- aahh, what a wonderful aroma!
- Wyeast 2206 1/2 gallon starter
Procedure:
Klages and Munich malt were added to 3.75 +/- gallons of 170F water and stabilised at 150F for 60 minutes.
Crystal malts added to 2 qts. cold water and heated to 170F and added to main mash for last 10 minutes.
Added 2.5 +/- gallons boiling water to heat mash to 170F for 15 minutes.
Sparged with about 1.5 gallons water @ 175F.
Topped up primary fermenter with boiled and cooled water to 5.25 gallons.
