This is a great light summer beer that goes well with a twist of lemon. The crystal malt gives it just the right amount of body and sweetness. The last time I brewed this beer, I broke down and actually PAID money for the water at the new corner Water Mart. 30 cents a gallon. WOW, what a difference, it was alot crisper and cleaner tasting. I guess I'll just have to add $3 to each 5 gallon batch of beer from now on.
