A great hefe, with authentic banana and clove tastes. Very nice hop balance. A homebrew for those friends of ours that are hopabobic

Batch Size: 5 gals
Starting Gravity: 1.056
Finishing Gravity: 1.012
Time in Boil: 60
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 11 days
Ingredients:
- 6 lbs wheat DME
- 1/2 lb wheat grain
- 1 1/2 oz tettnang hops
- liquid yeast 3333
- 1/2 tsp Irish moss
Procedure:
2 gals of water
Steep wheat grain until boiling
Add DME
Add 1 oz tettnang hops
at 45 mins add 1/2 tsp Irish moss
at 60 mins add 1/2 oz tettnang hops
cool wort, add to 3 gals water and pitch yeast
