This beer goes fast. All my friends love it, even women who dont like beer. Great malt flavor, light body, low alcohol, but lots of flavor.

Starting Gravity: 1.033
Finishing Gravity: 1.008
Time in Boil: 60
Primary Fermentation: 7 days in plastic
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days in glass
Ingredients:
- 5.5 lbs domestic 2row
- 5.5 lbs British 2row
- 2 lbs 80 Crystal
- .5 lb Victory malt
- .2 lb Chocolate malt
- .2 lb Black malt
- .5 lb Wheat malt
- 1 oz Fuggle 4.2aa 60 min
- .25 oz Fuggle 30 min
- .25 oz Kent Golding 5aa 30 min
- .25 oz Fuggle steep
- Use White Labs Pitchable: California Ale, English Ale, or San Francisco Lager yeast. Gotten good results from all.
Procedure:
Single infusion mash @ 149 deg. in 19 qts water.
Sparge with 28 quarts until desired boil volume is reached.
Boil one hour, add hops as scheduled.
