This beer goes fast. All my friends love it, even women who dont like beer. Great malt flavor, light body, low alcohol, but lots of flavor.

Starting Gravity: 1.033
Finishing Gravity: 1.008
Time in Boil: 60
Primary Fermentation: 7 days in plastic
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days in glass

Procedure:

Single infusion mash @ 149 deg. in 19 qts water. Sparge with 28 quarts until desired boil volume is reached. Boil one hour, add hops as scheduled.
