Beautiful shade of red. Clean and hoppy. Keep carbonation a little on the low side and try to wait a month before enjoying.

Finishing Gravity: 1.013
Time in Boil: 45 min
Primary Fermentation: 5 days
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days



Crush the roasted barley and place it in a cheese cloth pouch. Put 2 gallons of water in brewing kettle and add the roasted barley. Remove roasted barley before water begins to boil. Add extract and 2 oz. of hop pellets. boil for 45 minutes. Add 1/2 oz of hops for final 1 minute of boil.
