This recipe was a big hit at a friends anniversary party .
was gone very fast . Refreshing and smooth but still has a
bit of alcohol . So becareful if drinking this 1 all night .

Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days
Ingredients:
- 1 lb wheat malt
- 1 lb pale malt
- 4.0 lbs Alexanders pale malt extract
- 3.3 lbs Northwestern weizen extract
- 1.5 oz. german hallertauer (60 min )
- .5 oz. german hallertauer (5 min )
- .5 oz. brewers gold (dry hop in secondary)
- 1 tsp gypsum in grain mash
- 1 tsp Irish moss (15 minutes of boil)
- Wyeast bavarian wheat yeast from starter
- 3/4 cup corn sugar for priming

Procedure:
mash grains for 1 hour at 160 degrees, sparge add exctacts
bring to boil add 1.5 oz hallertauer hops for 60 min boil,
with 15 minutes to go add Irish moss with 5 minutes to go
add .5 oz hallertauer hops . cool and pitch wyeast bavarian
wheat yeast . primary 1 week rack to secondary and dry hop
with .5 oz brewers gold hops . ferment 1 week in secondary
prime with three quarters cup corn sugar & bottle
