This is the only wheat beer my father will drink. He always complaines about the residual sweetness left on the palate by other wheats. With this much hop, you won't taste any sweetness. All ya taste is good beer.

Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 7 days at 70 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days at 70 degrees
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs caraphils
- 7 lbs malted wheat
- 2 oz kent goldings
- 1 oz target
- american haufenweizen ready to pitch yeast
Procedure:
single step infusion mash at 152 degrees for one hour
mash out at 170 degrees for 10 minutes
bittering hops: 1 oz target, .5 oz kent for 60 min
flavoring hops: .5 oz kent 30 min.
.5 oz kent 20 min.
finishing hops: .5 oz kent 5 min
