Slight adaptation from an already good recipe I found somewhere. Very nice body and excellent flavor. Can't get enough of this one!


Recipe type: Extract
Batch Size: 5 Gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.050
Finishing Gravity: 1.010
Time in Boil: 45 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 1 Week
Secondary Fermentation: 1 Week



Add grains to 2 gallons of cold water and slowly bring to a near boil. Remove from heat, remove grains and add malt extract. Bring to a boil. Add chinook hops once boil is reached. Add Perle hops with 15 minutes left of boil. After boil is completed add fuggles and steep 10 minutes. Age at least 2 weeks in bottle - 3 Weeks is better.
