This beer has a very nice malt aroma with the slight hint of hops. It has a nice rockey head and a pleasent smooth taste

Ingredients:
- 5 lbs Wheat malt
- 4 lbs American pale malt
- 10 oz Carapils
- 2 oz 120L crystal malt
- 1 oz Hallaratau at 60 min
- 1/4 oz Hallaratau at 40 min
- 3/4 oz Hallaratau at 15 min
- 1/2 oz Saaz dry
- Whistephen wheat ale teast
- 4 oz Corn sugar to prime
Procedure:
Single step infusion at 155 degrees of all grain. Raise to 151 degrees after grain addition. Let convert for 90 min. Sparge with three gallons of 170 water. Boil for 60 min adding hops with the scheduel st aside. Add yeast when cool and let ferment for 15 days then rack off ot the sedament and let sit another 10 days before you bottel or keg
