Ingredients:
- 7# Pale Extract
- 2# pale malt
- 1# roasted Barley
- 3/4# chocolate malt
- 1/2# 60l crystal malt
- 1 oz N. brewer (60 min)
- 1/3 oz Fuggles(60 min)
- 1 oz K. Goldings(30 min)
- 1 oz K. Goldings(10 min)
- Wyeast 1098
- 1/2 tbsp Irish moss
- 3/4 cup Corn Sugar
Procedure:
single step mash at 156° for 1 hr.
sparge with 170° water
boil 1 hour
pitch@75°
