Starting Gravity: 1.054
Finishing Gravity: 1.004
Time in Boil: 60min
Primary Fermentation: 1-2 weeks
Secondary Fermentation: 1 week



mash w/3.25 gallons@170F stablizes @ 150F for 60 min. sparge w/5gal @170F collect 6.5gal
