Ingredients:

Procedure:

-Boil ingredients 30min.(excluding watermelon) in 8l. of water. -Add irish moss 15min. before end oif boil -finishing hopsat 3min. before end of boil -steep mashed(crushed) watermelon at 65-83 deg.C. by adding it to the wort. -add water to make 17l. -rack after 6days,seed & pulp will remian in primary -bottle with 1cup dextrose -age 1month
