Procedure:

Add crystal & Special B malt to 2 gallons of water.Heat to 160 deg. hold for 30 min. Strain spent grains,add malt% both golding hops.Boil for 40 min.,add willemette hops boil 20 min. Cool to 70 deg.f. pitch yeast.
