Super-easy recipe with a super-duper taste. Proof that one doesn't have to do all-grain to make a good pilsner.

Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 60min
Primary Fermentation: 14d @48 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 14d @35 degrees

Procedure:

Boil extract, maltodextrine, and Chinook hops for 60 min. Add Irish moss for last 10 min. Steep finishing hops for 3 minutes. Add dry hops after racking to secondary.
