Great beer any time with wounderful head retention


Recipe type: All Grain
Batch Size: 5 gal
Starting Gravity: 1055
Finishing Gravity: 1005
Time in Boil: 90 min
Primary Fermentation: 10 days at 65
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days at 60



Single mass infusion at 153F. Mash for 90 min and sparge with 173 degree sparge water to make six gallons. Boil 90 min following the hop map provided.
