Primary Fermentation: 10 days at 65
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days at 60
Ingredients:
- 7 lbs German Pale Malt
- 1 lb Cara-pils
- 1/2 la vienna malt
- 6 oz 40L crystal malt
- 3/4 oz Cascade at 60 min
- 1 oz Kent Golding at 45 min
- 3/4 oz saaz at 15 min
- 1/2 tsp irish moss at 10 min
- Wyeast labs Kolsch yeast
Procedure:
Single mass infusion at 153F. Mash for 90 min and sparge with 173 degree sparge water to make six gallons. Boil 90 min following the hop map provided.
