This tasty tasty Beer is sure to please the senses Lagered or Not, it is one of our House Favorites This beer will Bock your socks off!!!


Recipe type: Partial Mash
Batch Size: 5 gallons
Starting Gravity:
Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 60 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: ?
Additional Fermentation: None



Bring grains to a temp. of 130, rest for half an hour Bring temp. up to anywhere between 150 and 160 for another half an hour Remove grains and add Extract Boil for 60 Minutes Add two oz. of Tettnanger Hops at beginning of boil Add one oz. of Hallertauer at 20 Minutes Add one oz. of Hallertauer at 5 minutes Cool to 70 degrees, add 2112 Wyeast Lager Beer if possible; if not, it's Still Great!!!
