Recipe type: Partial Mash
Batch Size: 5 gallons

Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 60 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: ?
Additional Fermentation: None
Ingredients:
- 9 lbs. John Bull Light Malt Extract
- 1 lb. Crystal Cara Munich
- 1 lb. Cara Pils
- 2 oz. Tettnanger 60 Minutes
- 1 oz. Hallertauer 20 Minutes
- 1 oz. Hallertauer 5 Minutes
- Yeast: 2112 California Wyeast
Procedure:
Bring grains to a temp. of 130, rest for half an hour
Bring temp. up to anywhere between 150 and 160 for another half an hour
Remove grains and add Extract
Boil for 60 Minutes
Add two oz. of Tettnanger Hops at beginning of boil
Add one oz. of Hallertauer at 20 Minutes
Add one oz. of Hallertauer at 5 minutes
Cool to 70 degrees, add 2112 Wyeast
Lager Beer if possible; if not, it's Still Great!!!
