Book value for SGC from extract syrups seems to be about 1.037-1.040. That may be accurate for canned syrups, but I have always gotten 1.032 for the stuff from the 55ga drums. You may need to adjust the extract amount to match the SGC of your supplier.

Ingredients:
- 7 lbs Munton & Fison Bulk Pale LME @ 1.032 SGC
- 1/2 lb Dark Crystal
- 1/3 lb Roasted Barley
- 1/4 lb Black Patent

- 2 oz Willamette pellets @ 60 mins
- 1/2 oz Cascade pellets @ 10 mins
- 1 oz Cascade plug (dry)

- 1/2 cup priming sugar
- White Labs WLP038 "Burton" yeast
Procedure:
Steep grains @ 150 for 30 mins. Top to 3.5 gals and add extracts.
Ferments at 68 for 5 days, add Cascade plug to secondary and leave 2 wks. Prime and bottle and it's fully conditioned within 7 days.
