This is one of my betters brews to date.
Nice & MALTY, not too hoppy, goes down easy @ 4.55 abv!
The initial smokiness dies out after several weeks!

- 4# Gambrinus Pale 2 Row
- 1# Toasted Malt
- 0.5# Peated Malt, Toated
- 2 oz Roasted Barley
- 1/2# Crystal 65L
- 1/2# Crystal 32L

- 3/4 oz Challenger, BC, 6.3%, 60 mins
- 1/2 East Kent Goldings, UK, 4.7%, 60 mins

2 hrs 50 mins @b approx 156F (nice & malty)
