Ingredients:
- 10 LBS DWC Pilsner
- .25 Lbs Beestons Amber
- .2 Lbs DWC biscuit
- 1.5 lbs Durst wheat
- 1 oz Styrian Goldings (4%AA) 75 min
- 1 oz saaz 5 min
- 1 oz sweet orange peel 5 min
- 1/2 oz corriander seed 10 min
- 1 vial White Labs saison 1
Procedure:
Single Step infusion mash, 4.5 gallons of water at 175 F to a rest of 158 F. Sparge with 4-5 gallons of 180 F water to about 7.5 gallons, boil to 5 gallons. Brew this in spring to have after a hot day of yardwork in July.
