Ingredients:
- 11 Lbs Beestons Maris Otter
- 1 LB Beestons caramalt
- 1/2 LB Beestons Amber
- 1.5 Oz Target (70 min) (9.5%AA)
- 1 Oz Willamette (20 Min)
- 1 oz Amarillo (7 min)
- 1 oz Cascade in the hop back or (0 min)
- 1 oz Goldings Dry
Procedure:
Single step mash at 1.5 qt per lb 154 F rest for 80 min. Add boiling water to 165-170 for 15 min. Sparge to 7.5 to 8 gallons and bring to a strong boil. Boil to 5 gallons.
