Iron Range Brown

This is an unusual beer, and a great after work drink. The Brown malt adds some nice java flavor with only a mild bitterness from the pale chocolate malt. Ringwood ale is often overlooked and complents this beer very well.

Starting Gravity: 1.048
Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 65 F
Secondary Fermentation: 55F

Single Step Infusion 1.25 qt. per lb. rest 60 min at 152 F. Mash out and sparge to 6.5-7 gallons total. boil down to 5 gallons.
