I love this beer. Very light and smooth tasting. Just the right amount of extracts. The cherry extract I used came in a bottle of 4oz, good enough for a 5gal batch. I used only half. Perfect! The beer is slightly on the sweet side and not at all bitter. Nice with a piece of lime!
