- 6.6LBS LIGHT UNHOPPED MALT SYRUP- 2LBS LIGHT DME -1LB 60DEGREE ENGLISH CRYSTAL-4OZ 90DEGREE CRYSTAL-1OZ KENT GOLDING PELLETS-2OZ FUGGLES PELLETS-IRISH MOSS-DRY ALE YEAST
Procedure:
ADD CRUSHED GRAINS TO COLD WATER.HEAT TO 170 DEGREES F.REMOVE GRAIN AND SPARGE WITH HOT WATER.ADD MALT AND KENT GOLDING PELLETS AND RETURN TO BOIL.ADD 1OZ FUGGLES AT 20 MINUTES.ADD 1OZ FUGGLES IMMEDIATLY BEFORE COOLING.COOL AND TRANSFER TO PRIMARY.DILUTE TO 5 GALLONS AND PITCH YEAST.
