makes 30 bottles of sweet light bubbly beer

Ingredients:
- 2 kg liguid wheat malt,500g u.k.pale malt,500g cara munich,500g dry light malt,15g fuggles hops(pellets),1 1/2 hand fulls saaz hops,1 teaspoon salt, 1 514 ale yeast.
Procedure:
in a large pot bring 3 litres of water up to 70 deg.c.
add grains and hold at 70 deg for 30mins.
strain & sparge into a bigger pot.(use approx 2 litres of hot water to sparge grains)
add other malts & salt to pot with more water (1-2 litres)& bring to boil ,stirring to stop malts sticking.when boiling add fuggles hops & 1 hand full of saaz & slow boil for 1 hr.stirring occasionally.
add the rest of the hops & slow boil for 1/2 hr.
leave in fridge overnight to settle.
reheat & strain into fermenter.add yeast
ferment ,bottle or keg as normal.
