I was trying to make an easy drinker for my commercial beer buddies but one that I could drink to. This ale is mild in flavor but full of body. This ale is crystal clear and best when really cold. Enjoy.

Recipe type: Partial Mash
Batch Size: 5 gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.060
Finishing Gravity: 1.012
Time in Boil: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 9 days @ 68*
Secondary Fermentation: none
Additional Fermentation: none

Procedure:

Steep grains in 2 quarts water at 150* for 20 minutes. Sparge grains and add to 2.5 gallons water and bring to boil with extract, rice solids and Sazz Hops for 60 minutes. Add Kent Goldings and Irish Moss to last 15 minutes of boil. Chill and add to fermenter, pitch yeast and let it do it's thing. Best if bottle conditioned for at least 2 weeks.
