A well rounded IPA.

Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 9 days
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days

- 7lb pale malt extract. 1lb light dry malt extract. 1lb 80L crystal malt. 2lb Grambinus pale malt. 1/2lb victory malt. 2oz Columbus hops-60min. 1oz Kent Golding hops last 10 min. 1oz Kent Golding hops last 1 min. 1oz Kent Golding hops dry hopped. White Labs Burton Ale yeast.
Single step partial mash of the grains at 152 for one hour.(Use 3 quarts of water for the mash, then sparge with 6 more quarts). Then add this to 3gal of water and the extracts and boil for 1 hour using the listed hop schedule.
