Very simple IPA with lots of hop bitterness and flavor.

Starting Gravity: 1.062
Finishing Gravity: 1.017
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days
Additional Fermentation: -
- 6lbs Williams English Light Extract. 2lbs Williams Dry English Light Malt Extract. 1lb Munich Malt (steep to boil). 1lb 15L Crystal Malt (steep to boil). 11/2oz Columbus hops for 60 min. 1/2oz Columbus hops for 30 min. 2oz Cascade hops for last 5 min. Wyeast-London ESB 1968.
Bring 5 gal water to boil with the Munich and Crystal malts in a grain bag. Just before boil remove grain bag and add the extracts. Boil for 1 hour following the hop schedule.
