Primary Fermentation: 14 days
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days
- 5 gallons past. cider.
- 2 11oz. cans Oregon Bing Cherries in heavy juice.
- 1 cup brown sugar.
- 2 cinnamon sticks.
- Champagne yeast.
- 1/2 cup corn suger to prime.
Boil 2 cups of water with brown sugar and cinnamon sticks. Add everything to the fermentor and stir well.
