This is an easy recipe that turns out great. It matures quickly and is ready to drink as soon as it is carbonated. This beer has a nice hop bite, and is similar to Pete's Wicked Ale (but better).

Primary Fermentation: 7 Days
Secondary Fermentation: 5 days
Ingredients:

- 6 lbs Light Dry Malt Extract
- 0.5 lbs Crystal 60L
- 0.25 lbs Chocolate
- 1 oz Northern Brewer 6.5% BOIL 60 minutes
- 1 oz Cascade 5.6% BOIL 60 minutes
- 1 oz Cascade 5.6% BOIL 20 minutes
- 1 oz Northern Brewer 6.5% FINISHING 5 minutes
- 1 tsp Irish Moss
- 2 pkg Danstar Nottingham
Procedure:
No special procedures here. Just follow the hop schedule, and everything else is standard.
