This beer is a full extract brew, made to 5L only, and 1/4 of the recipie. A beautiful thick and tasty drop, very hoppy to the nose. First bottled 18/3/00. Approx. 10.02%alc/vol. Tastes great after 1 month in the bottle. COLOUR: Black, cream head.

Procedure:

Boil the 1.5L water, then add all the malts and then bring to boil. Reduce heat, add hops at 45 min, let boil for 15 min more, strain into fermenter, add the cold water to top up to 5L mark. Add yeast at 26º. Ferment for 7 days, then bottle. Simple, yet easy.
